About Senate District 33 

 The Republicans of the Minnesota Senate District 33 Welcome You! 

The Minnesota Senate District 33 serves Republicans in the northeast Twin Cities metro area - specifically the communities of Bayport, Dellwood, Forest Lake, Hugo, Mahtomedi, Marine on the St. Croix, May Township, Oak Park Heights, Scandia, Stillwater, Stillwater Township, Willernie, and part of Grant. The organization is a Basic Political Operating Unit (BPOU) of the Minnesota Republican Party.

Senate District Executive Committee

The BPOU is managed by the grassroots delegates that organize at caucus held each even year and then at a convention held at least annually.  Members of the party elect board members to represent them on both a Full Committee and Executive Committee.  These committees organize efforts to help elect our candidates including parades, fundraisers, meet-n-greets...  To view members of our Executive Committee or our governing documents, click the link below.

District Composition

The BPOU state house districts are split, roughly with the western portion as our 'A' side and the eastern our 'B' side.  Additionally, our federal house boundary cuts through with the northern 2/3rds in our 8th Congressional District and the southern 1/3rd in the 4th Congressional District.
